-I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own condition throughout my participation and should any unusual symptoms occur, I will cease my participation and inform the teacher of the symptoms.

 

-Classes can be booked via the GymCatch booking portal only. From January 2022 we are no longer able to refund missed or cancelled classes.

 

-I confirm that I have read, accept and understand its details in its entirety and that I understand the nature of exercise. I know that there may be risks associated with fitness classes and willingly accept those possibilities. It is my responsibility to ensure my own safety.

 

-I take full responsibility for my own health and safety in participating in the dance class and to the extent I deem advisable, will consult a physician before participating in any of the activities.

 

-I agree to pay all reasonable costs related to the classes, including any medical costs I incur.

 

-I agree that I am not attending these classes for professional or financial gain nor to poach clients and understand that legal action will be taken if doing so.

 

-The Stephanie Boast School of Dance and its associated venues are not held responsible for loss or damage to any personal items.

 

-I agree to my details being held by ‘Stephanie Boast School of Dance’ for the duration that I attend classes.
